Accessibility Policy
Last Updated: 9/9/25
At ADHD Clinical Mastery, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible learning experience for all participants. Our goal is to ensure that healthcare professionals of all abilities can fully participate in our CPD-accredited courses, webinars, and community spaces.
1. Our Commitment
We strive to make our website, courses, and webinars accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology, ability, or disability.
Our content is designed in alignment with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and the Australian Human Rights Commission Disability Discrimination Act guidelines.
We support neurodivergent learners, reflecting our lived-experience approach, and provide materials in formats that respect different learning styles.
2. Website Accessibility
Our site is built on WordPress + Elementor + LearnDash, which supports screen readers, keyboard navigation, and text resizing.
We aim for sufficient colour contrast, alt text for images, and clear headings for ease of navigation.
Videos will include captions, and transcripts will be provided where possible.
3. Course & Webinar Accessibility
Course videos are delivered in bite-sized modules (approx. 10 minutes each) to respect time, attention, and processing needs.
Transcripts, slides, and downloadable resources will be provided in accessible formats (e.g., PDF, Word).
Webinars are recorded and made available for those unable to attend live.
Participants can adjust learning pace with pause, replay, and bookmarking features in LearnDash.
4. Alternative Access & Support
If you experience difficulty accessing content, we will make reasonable adjustments, including:
Providing materials in alternative formats (e.g., large print, audio).
Offering flexible pathways for CPD completion where accessibility barriers exist.
One-on-one support via email for technical or content access issues.
5. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review accessibility with user feedback and evolving best practice.
If you identify barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we invite you to contact us (see below).
